ITS material distribution

The IT Service Centre purchases IT materials such as data storage media and computer accessories in large quantities and at favourable prices and makes them available to the chairs. However, we only keep a selection of common materials in stock. You can order these conveniently via the online procurement form.

Online ordering of ITS material

Delivery by internal mail
The IT materials are conveniently delivered by internal mail together with a delivery note.
Payment
When ordering online, the amount will be debited from the specified cost centre within 1 to 2 months.
Further information
Consumables for printers (toner cartridges, ink cartridges, etc.) are only available from the business supplies shop (Unit II/2.4)! Used materials (e.g. toner cartridges) must be disposed of via the Technical Centre.

Items that are not listed on the ITS materials issue order form may have to be obtained via forms from the Purchasing Department.
