ITS Helpdesk

The IT Service Center’s helpdesk is here to assist you with all IT-related issues. Whether  questions, requests, or need for support with problems you have, we are your first point of contact.

Reach out to us first. We will log your request, quickly find a solution, or forward it to the appropriate colleague. In any case, we will keep you informed to ensure the best possible outcome together.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, the best way to reach the ITS helpdesk is by
email at its-beratung@uni-bayreuth.de or via our support form! If necessary, we will be happy to call you back.

We kindly ask that you to use our telephone hotline on 0921 55 3003 only in very urgent cases and that you send us your request by email.

Opening hours

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 11:00 o'clock
Monday – Thursday: 13:30 – 15:30 o'clock

Except on public holidays and the Christmas closing time!

Remote maintenance (Teamviewer)

We are happy to help you with problems and troubleshooting via remote maintenance. With your consent, we can view and control your user interface remotely as long as you and we have the remote maintenance program open. Please download the latest version of Teamviewer.

Don't worry, we are also available by phone so that you can ask questions at any time, even if you are not directly with us on site!
